Some items may contain minor flaws and some signs of wear. Please read the product description carefully as any flaws will be highlighted here. 
 
Sustainability
Reforme Studios accepts returns on full priced products for store credit. However as we are a small business, please do check all the measurements and details before purchasing to avoid unnecessary returns. Please also consider the environmental impact of returns.
 
How to return your order: 

Reforme Studios accepts returns for store credit on full price products. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a store credit. Please send the item back to us within 7 days of informing us and notify us when the item has been sent back. 

We would be grateful if you could contact us as soon as possible to give the item a chance to be re-homed!

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs and ensuring we receive the item back. A store credit will then be given, once the item has been checked, minus the initial postage costs. 

 

Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and include all packaging, and our branded swing tags. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that do not meet our criteria. 

 

Unfortunately, as a small business Reforme Studios cannot refund the original shipping costs and return postage. 

 

All sale items are final sale and returns are not accepted

 
Returns from outside the UK:
For returns from outside the UK, please include the original invoice, relevant customs papers, correct value and clearly mark the item as 'returned merchandise'. 
 
Additional fees, taxes or custom duties on returned items will be deducted from your refund amount. If you return your order unopened/lack to customs clearance, we will deduct our website fee from your return and refund. Due to being a small business, this is a necessary requirement.
